Nice trolly and easy to assemble! However, clearly broken before delivered, still can’t find another missing piece .. 😭 Plus, can’t apply for refund/return (as i wanna report as a damaged) cuz the process button is disabled 😕

I received it well, but it was delivered with 3 wheels and corresponding fastening parts missing. It took 8 days to process the return and refund. Other than this issue, the product is good for its price and I think it's okay.
