Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Impulses. If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy below.


Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With a valid proof of purchase

Please contact us at realgoldenwords@gmail.com before returning any item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

  • Hair extensions that have been opened or worn (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards and promotional items


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Then contact your bank. Processing time can vary

  4. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at realgoldenwords@gmail.com


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.


Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be in process.


Return Shipping

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
